The Garlic Mustard Pesto is amazingly delicious and is packed with nutrients only as a wild food can be. A teaspoon on that spread on a toast keeps me flying through the afternoon. I tried the greens it as a salad or cooked, but i found that the optional recipe is the pesto: 1 cup mustard green, 2 tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, pinch salt in a blender. Add any twists to your taste. The flavour is mild with the characteristic punch of high quality arugula. Besides culinary value, i spoke about the medicinal properties in the earlier posts.
