I feel we have been reaching food perfection in terms of sustainability, flavor and nutritional satisfaction. Look at this picture: Sustainably harvested shark, also known as spiny dog fish from Gabe the Fish Babe CSF, baked with noxious weed Cleavers, seasonally and locally available in Mid-January, foraged by VIFarms. Cleavers is the super food with, which has anti-cancer properties among many others health benefits and tastes heavenly. All garnished with CSA share of vegetables from organic Corbin Hill Farm. I am not sure if it can get any better for urban dwellers such as us, but I know my dream of better food did come true. Now the purpose is to bring this highest quality food to every local community.
